Making Your Will

Surprisingly few people make a Will.

We encourage all our clients to do so. For most people, it is quick and inexpensive but it can have far-reaching, long-term benefits. If your affairs are more complex, we will review your Will regularly and amend it as your situation, the law and best practice change.

If you have the responsibility of a home and family, we believe a Will is essential. It will ensure your financial affairs, no matter how modest, are managed effectively and your dependents cared for to the best of your ability.

Our principle objective is to ensure your family assets are properly protected and, when transactions take place, Inheritance Tax and other taxes are kept to a minimum. We will identify and act on tax saving opportunities, put plans into place for a secure retirement and, eventually, pass your assets to your heirs without undue delay or taxation.
